The sixteenth year of the Share-A-Pair Shoe Drive could not come at a more opportune time for the Milwaukee community. As the world continues to battle an ongoing pandemic, giving back is more important than ever! The Stan’s family is humbled to have collected over 295,000 pairs of gently used shoes to give to the Greater Milwaukee Area. It is with the generosity of the entire Milwaukee community that Stan’s is able to give back year after year.
If you’re new to the Share-A-Pair Shoe Drive (or just need a refresher!) here is everything you need to know about giving back!
How To Contribute To The Shoe Drive:
- Gather your new or gently used kids’, men’s, or women’s shoes at home. We accept all styles of shoes (any size & any gender) because you never know who might need to step into something new!
- If you want to give something extra, purchase a few packs of brand-new socks for kids, men, or women.
- Bring your donations to one of our participating locations and drop them in the blue Share-A-Pair bin. Participating locations include all Stan’s locations and New Balance Milwaukee locations.
- Round-up your purchase to the nearest dollar to support the participating non-profits. Read more about them below!

This year, Stan’s is working with four amazing organizations to distribute all shoe and sock donations from Share-A-Pair Shoe Drive to those in need.
Milwaukee Rescue Mission
- MRM provides food, shelter, life-changing care and more to souls in need in the Milwaukee area.
- Accepts men’s, women’s, kids shoes, and new socks for all ages.
Father Gene’s Help Center
- FGHC strives to provide dignity through clothing to those in need throughout the Milwaukee area.
- Accepts men’s, women’s, and kids shoes.
Repairer’s of the Breach
- Repairer’s serves as a daytime refuge shelter for homeless adults in Milwaukee and offers life-saving, life-sustaining, and life-restoring services.
- Accepts men’s and women’s shoes
Soles4Souls
- S4S is a global nonprofit organization that turns unwanted shoes into opportunity by distributing shoes to those in need and recycling shoes into materials that can be used for other purposes.
- Accepts men’s, women’s, and kids shoes.
