In addition to being fun summer months with a number of great outdoor activities, June and July bring us to the halfway point of the year. At Stan’s Fit For Your Feet and New Balance Milwaukee, we are reflecting on some of the successes of the year so far, such as being named one of southeastern Wisconsin’s Top 10 Businesses of the Year. We are also looking forward to exciting developments in the coming months, such as back-to-school shoes, a new fall catalog and more!
June and July are also a fitting time to review our personal goals, examining what we have done and where we would like to go from here. Back in January (remember that crazy winter?!) we posted a blog about developing fitness-based New Year’s resolutions.
How are your resolutions going halfway through the year? Which goals have you managed to achieve? Where can you double down and work a little harder? Do you have any new ambitions for the next six months?
At New Balance Milwaukee, we are ready to help you achieve your fitness goals. Today, July 24, our New Balance store in Greenfield will host a Good Form Walking Clinic. The following Thursday, July 31, the store will hold a Good Form Running Clinic.
These events present a great opportunity to have your gait analyzed, obtain a digital foot scan and get quick, easy and practical tips for improving your running or walking form.
