The melted snow and warming temperatures mean two things: spring is here, and it’s time to get the right footwear to ring in the new season!

With summer just around the corner, we are dreaming of relaxing days by the pool and at the beach. It is important to have good sandals to wear near the water or around town, and we have a number of great options.

Vionic has wonderful sandals for women and men. Formerly called Orthaheel, Vionic takes the best aspects of the old and couples them with fresh, exciting features. The Tide II is the company’s latest model, combining the spunky designs and comfort of a flip-flop with a supportive arch.

Other than being a foot-friendly sandal that will catch envious eyes at the lake or around town, what is so special about the Tide II ?

“It is like an orthotic built into the sandal,” says David Sajdak, a Certified Pedorthist at Stan’s in Brookfield. “It’s a supportive flip-flop.

Our marketing coordinator, Melanie Signer, says the Earthies Casella is one of her favorite shoes.

“They’re very stylish and are on the cover of our spring catalog!” says Melanie. ” They also have a great arch and are really comfortable to wear all day.”
