Online Order Returns and Exchanges

Please email customerservice@stansfootwear.com for a Return Authorization to include with your online order return or exchange.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. You may also make your own shipping arrangements to have your return sent to:

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Returns and Exchanges received after 30 days are unable to be processed.

Online Orders may be returned or exchanged at one of our retail stores with receipt.

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

We ship all online orders via FedEx Smartpost, Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 Day, and Fedex Overnight.  Free shipping is available for orders over $100.  Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed.

We are unable to ship to International Freight forwarding addresses or warehouses.
