Returning and Exchanging Online Orders

Thank you for shopping with us!  We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our customer service representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday by email, phone, or online chat.

Before wearing your new shoes outside…Please be sure to try your shoes indoors on a clean, carpeted surface. Make sure that your shoes feel and fit right to help ensure long-lasting enjoyment!

We are proud to offer 30 Day returns. As long as your items are in their clean, original, unworn condition and original packaging you can return them for a full refund or exchange.

There are no Refunds or exchanges of Sale or Clearance items with a price ending in $.90. Clearance Sale items are FINAL SALE and may have been tried on in one of our brick and mortar stores.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging. Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning. 

Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee. There is also a $10 reboxing fee if shoes are returned without the original shoe box.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within one week of returning to our warehouse. Please allow for up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your account.

1. Locate Your Order

Find your invoice number on the included packing slip or on the email confirmation you received when you placed your order.

2. Start a return or exchange & Print your Return Label

Once you’ve located your invoice number, click here and follow the instructions to print your label. Upon completion, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as a copy of your label in case it is misplaced.

3. Affix Return Label

Affix the return label to your package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label.

Fedex returns can be dropped off at many locations including Walgreens, Dollar General, and other Fedex locations.

Exchanges

Did you order the wrong size or color? We’ll provide a FREE return label and waive shipping on your new order.

If you would like to request an exchange please request a label above, and call (262) 432-4030 ext. 7 or email [email protected] with your order number and the style/size you are looking to exchange it for. You may exchange for any item of equal or lesser value. Or you may visit one of our stores to make your exchange.

Returns and Exchanges received after 30 days are unable to be processed.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund credit to cover the label’s cost ($10.00).

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
