Online Order Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase from Stan’s.

We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Refunds or exchanges of Sale or Clearance items with a price ending in $.90 will not be accepted.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

Please fill out the form included in your original shipment or print out here and fill out the information on the lower portion of the form and include with the items you are returning or exchanging.

Returns and Exchanges received after 30 days are unable to be processed.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost ($10.00).

Online Orders may be returned or exchanged at one of our retail stores with receipt.

Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We ship all online orders via FedEx, USPS, and Spee-Dee Delivery depending on delivery address.  Free shipping is available in the Contiguous United States. for orders over $100.  Flat rate shipping is available for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii.  Orders will ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders ship Monday – Friday excluding holidays.  While we do our best to ship out Overnight Shipping orders the same day, Overnight Shipping orders placed after 4pm CST may not ship until the next business day.

We are unable to ship to International addresses and International Freight forwarding addresses or warehouses.
