What Makes Kizik Shoes Special?
You don’t have to take our word for it that Kizik is one of the most innovative brands out there. They currently have several patents for their shoe technology, and they rightfully are known as the original hands-free shoe.
Here are a few notable features found in many Kizik shoes:
- The Cage™ and the Inner Cage™: This flexible plastic lattice, found either on the outside or inside of the heel, is what makes Kizik hands-free. As you step into the shoe, the lattice compresses so your foot can slip inside, and then it bounces back to its original shape and size as soon as your foot is secure.
- RabbitFoam™ Outsoles: Speaking of compression and bounceback—Kizik’s outsole cushioning is breathable and contoured for ease of all-day walking.
- Removable, Washable Insoles: The inserts in any Kizik shoe can be removed and replaced with insoles of your choosing, or the same insoles can be washed and reinserted, making uncomfortable and smelly shoes a thing of the past.
- Few Styles, Many Colors: Kizik has carefully curated a few dozen thoughtfully made, high-quality shoes, and then made them in several dynamic colorways each. If you find a style that works for you, you can get a color to match any outfit!

Kizik Athens Hands-Free Slip On Sneaker
The Athens sneaker is the Kizik icon, featuring both the patented outer Cage™ and extra-cushioned RabbitFoam™ outsoles. This sporty style is great for on-the-go days, as it features a 4-way stretch knit upper for air flow and flexibility. Additionally, rubber pods are strategically placed around the toe and heel areas of the sole for added grip and durability.

Kizik Irvine Canvas Hands-Free Slip On Shoe
The perfect casual sneaker, the Kizik Irvine’s upper has the look of canvas with the stretch of knit mesh. Dual density cushioning provides a dynamic underfoot experience inside the shoe (with 7 mm of support!), while a full-abrasion rubber outsole makes every step springy from heel to toe.

Kizik Lima Knit Hands-Free Slip On Shoe
Similarly to the Athens sneaker, the Lima features a breathable knit upper and RabbitFoam™ outsole; however, the Cage™ is found inside the shoe rather than outside, creating a more casual appearance then the athletic Athens. The Lima also features extra cushioning around the ankle and a roomy toe box for increased comfort.

Kizik Milan Trendy Hands-Free Slip On Shoe
The Milan retro-style sneaker is a trendy addition to the casual sneaker craze sweeping the nation. This nylon style features detailing of suede and leather, but with foam padding inside to provide comfort. The outsole features the same full-abrasion rubber outsole as the Lima, but with a sawtooth cut that adds extra flare to any outfit.
